Great place to stay in Key West!

Excellent lodging, friendly staff, very welcoming and hospitable. Very accessible via bicycle to all local sites and attractions. You can rent bikes from hotel, great idea! We would absolutely stay here again!

Probably the best check in experience we've ever had. He took time to point out all sorts of local attractions and restaurants we could go to...maybe literally 10 minutes helping us see things that were easily walkable for our short trip. Room is great, clean, nice firm bed (unlike so many we've been to) and so much of old key west is easily walkable from this spot....Duval St, down to Mallory Square, ...today heading out to Southern Most Point. They've got bikes rentable here and he offered to help secure rentals on other local activities if we wanted. This was the most reasonably priced option in a very high priced area - definitely suggest checking this option out!!!

The Grand Guesthouse was a perfect stay in Key West! It is centrally located in a walkable distance to all of Key Wests great downtown area, restaurants, bars, etc. We were highly impressed with the size of the room, the cleanliness, patio area, and the AMAZING staff. They help orient you to the area and give you great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Parking is incredibly easy and convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent stay, host was friendly and inviting, great location

Room was small (as indicated on the booking) but it was nicely furnished and clean. It had a nice seating area outside and overall I was happy with it.

Key west at Christmas is top

Great location, walking distance to the whole old town. We did not touch the car parked right outside the house. Bike rental. 15$ / day directly at home. Very welcoming staff. Small snack at 4pm. Room for 3 very spacious. Key west is great for Christmas and it's the permanent Duval Street party.

This is a top notch place to stay!

This place is really great and had such a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. The staff was wonderful especially Steven, he was so accommodating and helpful. The place was on a quiet street and basically in the center of everything. We never had a car and we just walked to wherever we needed to go. We would recommend this place to anybody that plans to visit Key West. We don’t have plans to return but if we do we will stay here again. Thanks for such a wonderful time.!

Loved everything about it. Location was close but not to close to Duval. We met 2 nice couples and hung out with them for breakfast and Happy Hour. The staff was friendly. The room nice and newly renovated. We will visit again.

STAY HERE - NOW!

So lovely in every aspect. Property is great, clean, quiet, and welcoming. Room was great - bed was comfortable, linens were soft, everything was extremely clean and neat and tidy. Staff was amazing! We were welcomed and given a great breakdown of where to go, when to go, what to see, what to avoid (all based on information we gave, so everything was perfectly suited for us). We utilized the bike rental on-property, and literally had to do nothing except have a relaxing vacation.
Breakfast and happy hour snacks/beverages were perfect - less worrying about where to go and more time to relax and just take a break.
Property is incredibly quiet, especially considering it's in the middle of the neighborhood, and just a few streets away from...well, everything.
I have been telling EVERYONE and ANYONE to stay at The Grand Guesthouse. We didn't have any immediate plans to head back to Key West, but that might change, simply because the experience was so great.
Thank you all so much for a lovely holiday experience!

Awesome Place to stay in Key West

The establishment was first rate. People were exceptional, very pleasant, and helpful wrt places to visit. There was nothing about the Grand Guest House that was short of an A+. Daily complementary breakfast and happy hour. Location is fantastic. Close enough for a 10-15 min bike ride to the heart of Key West / local beaches and far enough away that it was quite.

A lovely tropical oasis

From the time we arrived until checkout we were very pleased with the hospitality service provided by Stephen. We stayed in Room 10, a modern, clean, comfortable King room with updated shower/bath. The linens and toiletries were of very good quality. The continental breakfast consists of bagels, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt and an assortment of pastries. The Starbucks coffee is freshly ground and dispensed 24/7 from a commercial brewing system and ice/water is also accessible24/7. At 4:00 pm guests are served a variety of beverages including Sangria, sparkling waters, beer and hard seltzers along with a variety of snacks. The location is about a ten minute walk from Duval Street, a ten minute walk to Higgs Beach and a ten minute walk from the Key West Express dock. The brick pathway that begins at the front of the main building and wraps around the side to a lovely private courtyard offers several bistro tables and dining/gathering spots, nestled among blooming tropical plants and palm trees. We would highly recommend The Grand Guesthouse to others looking for a quiet spot to retreat to after a full day of activities.
